SIFTER was developed by an interdisciplinary research group with members from the Computer Science Department at Purdue School of Science - Indianapolis and School of Library and Information Science, Indiana University at Bloomington. Presently, the group is concentrating on filtering textual documents by using multiple document representations and learning strategies.
